Initial Interview

Processing
We’ll collect any additional documents we didn’t need for pre-approval and prepare your file for underwriting.
Conditional Approval
Once underwriting reviews your file, you’ll receive a conditional approval with a list of requested items — many of which you may not even need to supply.
Clear to Close
After all conditions are met, your file is cleared for closing and the final Closing Disclosure is issued.
Closing Day
Your signing is scheduled and we celebrate getting you across the finish line!
