The superhero represents the part of me that borrowers and realtors rarely see — the one who dives headfirst into chaos, battles deadlines, and shields clients from guideline disasters. He’s an exaggerated version of my ability to stay calm under pressure and fight through problems others run from. The salt-and-pepper hair, the confident stance, and the “MLO UW” logo on his chest all nod to my years of experience and quiet determination to get deals done. He’s not flashy — just focused, strong, and ready to save the day when a file is on the line.
The elephant is my softer strength — approachable, grounded, and deliberate. He represents the wisdom and patience I’ve built after years of underwriting, as well as the weight of responsibility I carry when I write a prequalification or guide someone through their loan. His outfit — rolled-up sleeves, suspenders, and newsboy hat — speaks to my hands-on, old-school work ethic.
But there’s more to him: elephants live and thrive through their community. They look out for one another, teach the young, and never leave anyone behind — and that’s very much how I see my role too. Whether it’s borrowers, realtors, or colleagues, I believe in building trust, supporting others, and making sure no one feels they’re navigating this alone.
